Have A Care is run by Tess and Mel, two highly experienced and successful care home managers, who both understand wholeheartedly what managers of homes and similar establishments need to succeed. Through managing care homes, themselves, they have the experience and knowledge of not only running care homes but also the requirements of the nurses and carers from their employment by an agency for temporary work. The inside knowledge learnt from managing care homes has allowed us to develop an agency that sets itself apart from others.
- All our staff are trained and vetted, tried and tested under real working conditions at one of our care homes prior to becoming eligible as a member of agency staff for placement with external customers.
- The entire business from the ground up has been created by carers for the benefit of nurses, carers and care homeowners.
- We believe in each one of our staff and that is why we provide exciting and rewarding opportunities for obtaining qualifications whilst working with us, including Level 1 to 3 and mandatory care certificates.
- Incentive, welfare, and skill development schemes are offered for all agency staff.
