Have A Care is run by Tess and Mel who both understand wholeheartedly the components that managers of homes and similar establishments need to succeed. Their passion and enthusiasm for care is not something that was learnt, but instinctive form the start. Over the years they have been able to adapt and perfect.
Tess is the manager of two successful and popular care homes in the Eastbourne area and Mel is an experienced administration service manager. They have collectively garnered invaluable experience and knowledge that has allowed them to identify the downfalls and pitfalls of traditional care agencies and what is needed to do better.
