- All our staff are fully trained in our approach and caring attitude and are provided with a Level 1 in Care Certificate where required, following time at one of our own managed care homes.
- Intuitive and comprehensive shift application that allows you to view and manage your booked work as well as being able to secure additional where applicable.
All our staff, regardless of previous experience complete an assignment at one of our own managed care homes. This is to ensure you have all the relevant skillsets and are to the high quality that all our staff must meet. Following completion of this paid probational period, you will then be able to attend our clients care facilities.
